RULES OF THE ROAD

» Be courteous. Respect other users regardless of mode of travel, speed or skill level.
» Keep the path clear. Use no more than half of the path when in a group.
» Be predictable. Travel in a consistent manner. Look behind you before changing position on the path.
» Keep to the right.
» Respect private property. Stay on designated paths or roadways. Avoid cutting through landscaped areas.
» Signal when passing. Give a clear warning by voice ("On your left"), bell or horn.
» Respect the aina. Toss litter in trash bins, not on the path.
» Be aware of motor restrictions. "Multiuse" paths typically exclude motorized vehicles except for those needed for maintenance and access for disabled persons. "Shared-use" paths, in some cases, permit motorized vehicles.
» "Wheels yield to heels." Pedestrians have the right of way on most paths. However, on street bike lanes, pedestrians must yield to cyclists.

"Clean and spacious townhome that was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one child. Everything we needed was in the house or within a 5 minute drive. The owners have thought of everything. The pool behind the house is pristine and the surrounding golf course is beautiful.  As a first-timer to VRBO, I had a lot of questions for the owner who was extremely responsive and made the logistics very easy. "The home was very comfortable and in a great quiet location.  The kitchen was complete with everything needed and the patio with barbecue had plenty of room for outside cool breezes.  The balcony off of the master bedroom was very nice for a honey moon couple to enjoy the evenings.  I highly recommend this luxurious home for families who want to spend quality time together without the need to go far.  It's a great place for a quiet get-a-way with the family."

"Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this Ko Olina luxury golf home!  It was exactly as stated  – beautifully and comfortably appointed.  It worked out perfectly for our group of extended families who were there to attend a family wedding on North Shore.  The rooms are laid out so each couple or small family had their own bedroom, bathroom and plenty of privacy.  The main living areas were super comfortable and the top-of-the line appliances and finishes in the kitchen were awesome – not to mention, spotless.  It was extremely convenient to have a washer and dryer and a two car garage – which we definitely used!  We loved the location – relaxing and quiet with scenic views of the golfcourse – yet nestled in a safely gated neighborhood that was perfect walking distance to the 4 lagoons. Ko Olina is conveniently situated so that it's easy to get to other parts of the island – yet a great haven from the chaos of Waikiki and traffic jams of the North Shore.  Our group was fortunate to charter a boat at the Ko Olina dock and go snorkeling about 10 minutes north of the lagoons.  We saw and swam with a group of dolphins and enjoyed many varieties of sea creatures in an amazing warm reef area.  The planning and reservation process went off without a hitch and the owners were friendly and accommodating.  I would love to return to Hawaii and be able to stay in this property again :):)   ps – Received a thank you email and our full deposit back within a week of our stay!"
